LoSi Ltd acquires Euro Industrial Equipment UK Ltd
Effective 26/8/15 Losi Ltd has acquired the stock & goodwill of Euro Industrial Equipment (UK) Ltd, the M+S Hydraulic motor & Caproni gear pump distributor in the UK
Euro Industrial has been run in the UK for more than 20 years by Kosta Kostadinov who has now decided to retire
With the Euro Industrial acquisition comes distribution for Losi of the Caproni product range
This includes, gear pumps & motors, hydraulic valves, hand pumps, plus additional products
The acquisition of Euro Industrial will expand the customer base for Losi & improve service as a result of increased stock holding
With the inclusion of Euro Industrial stock, warehousing space for Losi continues to grow
Success for Losi has come by working closely with key OEM manufacturers & being involved with them at the design stage of projects through to production build
Losi Group also has its own hydraulic manifold design & manufacture facility based in mainland Europe specialising in customised manifold solutions.
