Based on a cooperation development between LöSi Getriebe-Steuerungen-Hydraulik GmbH and the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering (IESE) we developed a complete and innovative solution for a Condition Monitoring System (CMS) for hydraulic systems.
Innovative, fast and reliable -
the graphical configuration language
The graphical configuration language is a central feature of the innovation: It is flexible and easy to learn. For this reason we are able to to configure the CMS for complex technical systems in an easy way. With this configuration tool a manual programming isn‘t needed any more. The „programming“ of the CMS is done by „Drag and Drop“, the program code is generated automatically, compiled and flashed to the Condition Monitoring Hardware LCCU. The big advantage is, that after a successful test of the generator, we can rule out mistakes of the program code. Because of the special adapted configuration software, a flexible and special configuration is allways possible. It is possible to create logical operations like ‚and‘ or ‚or‘ to release an alarm only if two coherent measured values showing some anomalies. Our technology is able to fullfill the same complexity as manual programmed systems. Our advantage is, that our configuration language is cheaper, faster and achieves a higher quality compared to manual programmed systems.
High flexibility because of
producer independent sensors
Because of the use of producer independent senors, it is possible to find the best sensor for the relevant application. The measureent data is stored on a database server and can be analyzed with special software tools.
Cost reduction with
The permanent control of a hydraulic system allows to recognize problems early or to prevent the system from failures. The reason for problems can be analyzed and eliminated in a fast way. This means a reduction of costs because the machine down time can be reduced. With this way of working it is possible to optimize maintenace intervals because maintenance could be done according the condition of the hydraulic system. Necessary repairs or maintenance can be done before any cost effective malfunction or a long down time of the system occurs.
